How Adam has helped clients meet their business needs:
A large distributor had significant issues tracking and taking advantage of vendor rebates. Adam did a deep dive with the finance and procurement teams to clean up and streamline the process and identify significant rebates that the company was not taking advantage of.
A not-for-profit organization was in the early stages of a large capital campaign and had issues in tracking and reporting where the campaign stood, which was inhibiting their ability to obtain financing. Adam and the finance and development teams did a deep dive into the pledges and related not-for-profit accounting rules to properly present pledges made and outstanding and help the organization obtain the bridge financing necessary to complete the project.
